10 emails and 5 or 6 calls to verizon has not resolved the defective dsl installation. I do recieve an automated voice mail stating they know it dosen't work but billing will continue anyway. A verizon representative was there thw week of 1-21-9 but didn't fix the problem and said he would return next am., never came back. How is this company allowed to operate like this??? I'm just one among the majority of verizon mishaps' thanks in advance for your quick replykim
