Transfered a upgrade from one line to another, and low and behold they added two MORE years to my contract. I am ticked! Now my daughter upgraded her phone and the verizon store took my upgrade for it! Now my upgrade date is 2015!!! Really!!! I have had my line and not upgraded since December 2010! Have I not fullfilled my contract??? I think I have and now in addition to that, the verizon store used my upgrade which gave my extra $50 credit away. I have been a loyal customer for 8 years and spend over 3000.00 a year just to have my phone. I wish I would not have upgraded any of my phones! I wish I would have gone to SPRINT or BOOST MOBILE!!! So buyer beware, if you transfer your upgrade to any of your other lines VERIZON will add another 2 years to the line you are transferring from! Also, there is no consistancy in their customer service!!! More than once I have talked to a customer care person and then call back at a later date about the same subject and huh, there is no record of my conversation!!! More or less calling me a LIAR! One time they offered my a loyalty discount and when I called back to check on it, they had done it already, without my authorization AND... Added two years to all my lines! There was no mention of this when I called and talked at length with them about it. You can be assured that when, if ever, my contracts are all up with Verizon I will be CHANGING and not be a verizon customer any more!!! They are pricing themselves right out of the market! I have had it and I will not be staying with Verizon!
Also, their inssurance on their phones is a joke! Brand new phone... You have an issue and you get a refurbished phone and have to pay for it! Wow! I am very dissapointed in this company! Wish more would cancel! Any they share our info with the government??? No good!
