BAD customer treatment

10 years ago I switched to Verizon Wireless because they had great deals and great service, but recently they have gone down hill tremendously. So bad in fact I am thinking of giving up the great wireless services for better customer service.

Not happy with Verizon at all and come January I am switching to AT&T... I know about 10 other people doing the same once their contracts are up. Verizon does not honor their loyal customers anymore. They have taken away the early upgrade feature and now charging to upgrade regardless. There are no discounts or fees waved for loyal customers. All the perks that made Verizon the best is now GONE they are no longer the best. They are worse or merely the same. For the last 6 months it has been nothing but hell dealing with VerizonWireless. I am changing mostly out of principle. Verizon needs to learn how to treat their customers better. Reward those who have been with them for years instead charging them more and taking away what little perks they offer.
