I've been with Verizon for close to 7 years... Never been late on a bill and have always been a great customer. I've had bad luck with Droids as they keep freezing and tend to have a mind of their own. Its currently June. I'm not new for an upgrade until April. I've tried and tried to let Verizon allow to me early upgrade and for me me to spend $299 on the iPhone 5. They said no and basically to deal with the crap Razr that I have now until April. They'd rather take my $350 to cancel my contract than to take my $299 and keep me as a customer. They don't care about their customers anymore. So. Off to another carrier, I go! Screw Verizon and their high rates and their incompetent people.
