I was happy with my verizon account until yesterday June 12th. I was surprised by my husband with $200 to get myself an iphone since he could not find one himself. Upon attempting to order this new gadget I was informed that we are unable to upgrade until April. I understand that these are the verizon terms for this phone however i am here to give you some tips on how to satisfy your customers and beat At&t in the iphone sales. As a current verzion customer i was under the impression that when the iphone was avaliable we could upgrade to it when it was convient for me not verizon. I am here to tell you that as of now when my contract is up i will NEVER have a verizon account again simply because this company does not allow its customer the freedome to upgrade at the time that works for us, instead we have to wait for 10 months because the company says so. I think that if a customer wants to upgrade a phone and pay more money the company would be happy to do so but that is not the case. This being said I have every intention of switching to At&t when my contract is up. I guess that is what I get for believing Verizon over At&t. My advise is to always go with the company who had the phone first because they have perfected customer satisfaction and allow their customers to upgrade on their own time.
