Upgraded phone, added 2 year contract, phone broke within a month and Verizon won't warranty it

Complaint / review text:
I upgraded my phone and of course had to sign a new 2 year contract. Had my phone (pink razor) less than a month. Had been using it all day was fine. Well I went to text message my daughter (I have 4 add on lines) and my phone wouldn't do anything.

Of course I called Verizon then took the phone in to their technicians. Well guess what they said, they said that there is moisture in the phone and they won't replace it. I have never had any moisture even close to that phone.

Therefore either the phone is very cheaply made, or Verizon is just scamming people. I have been a customer since 2002. I will not resign with a company who rips off their customers. I am telling every one about this rip off. I am trying my best to deter anyone from using Verizon, They have previously also ripped me off on my bill. I finally got it straight after 3 years of dealing with Verizon.

Verizon does not care nothing about their customers and are selling phones that break and that they will not cover, blaming the customers for their junk phones
