My home phone and cell were placed on vacation as I live in Canada and go to my lot only in winter months. Verizon gave my number away so had to give me a new land line. They gave me a new account number to make my first payment back on the system. The account number was incorrect and so did not apply payment to my account. I had to go and get proof of payment and fax it in with Verizon's paperwork, which I did on November 28. To date I have made serval phone calls and they payment has still not been applied to the correct account. The incorrect account number was 1175985750 the correct number is 1218217481. My bank has sent verification and so have I to no resolve.
