Thank you for referring the complaint of blank, concerning account blank to our office for review. We appreciate your bringing this matter to our attention.

In the complaint, Ms. Blank expressed concern about Verizon a billing issue with the Verizon FiOS service.
The FiOS Data was connected on 4/14 and there are no notes about a 1st month free offer. The account also shows no contact by the customer about this account since it was activated. There is no call history. Verizon tried to call the customer on the contact number and the number says the call can't be completed as dialed. There was another contact number listed in the Verizon system, but when called say it is not in service. A letter was sent to on June 7 with a contact number for any further questions or concerns.
