On November 1, I ordered 2 brass pencil sharpeners. I received an order confirmation but no shipping date. I contacted Customer Service via e-mail and left several messages on the voice mail, since I can not reach a real person or customer service. The emails came back unsubmittable. I paid with a credit card. It has now been 26 days and no merchandise.
