I ordered and paid (by debit card) for a leather recliner on 3/27. Paid extra for shipping and was told by the telephone customer service that I would receive my recliner in 9 days. I did not hear anything else until I got a voice mail from tim murphy: 708-669-1237 on 4-13 and he stated he had some bad news and some good news and to just call him.
I did this on 4/16 and 4/17 leaving multiple verbal messages at 708-669-1237. I also called the customer service number@866-606-3991 who said that I needed to talk to TIM MURPHY. I finally get a response in which tim murphy explains over the phone that the recliner I ordered on 3-27-12 was not availiable and he could send me an e-mail of comparable recliners that I could chose from—he called it "upgrade to".
