I had to get my mom which is still in New York go to the office in mount vernon to hand a piece of paper to a worker on my behalf, they were nasty and rude to her and me once i asked to speak with them on her cell phone. Saying its againgst law to give her your information im trying to telll the rude lady shes just handing you a paper thats all no info will be exchanged. It started since august i havnt received my support, i call every week from aug to now and they still wont do their job and give me my money. I moved to a new state in august im struggling out here in ohio because they not giving me my money im upset people have a job but dont work. Every week they tell me my money should be on card in a few days and still nothing three months now and christmas coming up i am furious. PLEASE WHO DO I COMPLAIN TO? How and where? They wont even let me speak to someone higher up like a commissioner or give me a complaint number.
