On March the 25th, I ordered a Crochet Hook Set online and paid with Pay Pal right away. The only e-mail I received was an order confirmation. No shipping date, nothing. I wrote Customer Service an e-mail and left a message on their Phone since they don't anwser it. Still nothing.
Today I seen all the other complaints and found the 866 number that I called. Kathy answered the phone and told me that they have my order and it will go out sometime next week. A word of advice: CAUTION when you oder online with Ben Franklin, it will take 3 or more weeks before you see your merchandise, and don't pay with Pay Pal it will not speed up the prosess.
