I placed an order online with this company. I received an order confirmation but never any shipping confirmation. As of today, one month later, I have not received the item. I emailed customer service twice and my emails were returned as undeliverable. I called twice and had to leave a message both times. Neither message was returned. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company.
