Two weeks after submitting my credit card info to this company for automatic payment for BJJ, fraudulent charges began showing up in Houston, Tx. My credit card company found the charges and cancelled the card. I did not realize this was where the breach in security was initially. I spoke with BJJ and they stated they were being paid and there was no problems or MBS, Inc. Would contact them. Five business days ago and one month after the card was stolen I got a call from MBS, Inc. Saying they had assessed me $45 in fee's and I had to either pay them or be sent to collections. I asked why neither me or the business had been notified and they said they didnt have to notify me when assessing charges. I said I wouldn't pay and wanted to speak to management during two phone calls. I was never able to talk to the manager because they said he wasn't in. Two business days ago the account was sent to collections and I was assessed an additional $25 charge. So in less than two months using this company my credit card info is stolen, fraudulently used at a walmart in Houston, and Im assessed $70 in fee's without any notification to me or the business that hired them to do the accounting. All without ever getting to speak to a manager.
