I called Dish Network because they assessed a late fee even though I paid the bill. They stated a late fee gets assessed after the 10th of the month, which would have meant that the bill had 13 days to arrive and be processed. With every other bill we pay, the turn around time is typically 2-3 days, including mailing.
When I mentioned this, the customer service rep became rude, so I asked for another customer service rep or her boss. Her boss was just as rude, and even when I caught her in contradictory statements, she was still rude to me and would not work with me. They assessed a $7 fee that I don't think should have been assessed.
