Respected sirs, my name is vijai reddy and i am a small time business man in the city of secunderabad, andra pradesh in india, my name daughter, whose name i dont want to mention is working for genpact at dlf building in gachibowli, in Hyderabad, hi tech city for from may till date, everything was seem to be ok in the beginning but later the office surroundings and the seniors them self started giving opportunities for the boy staffs working there to avail the opportunities for love proposals to the girls working there. This is happening in the form of parties and get together organized by the company itself, which is spoiling the culture of india and our daughters, who are working there. The boys who are working there give heavy love proposals for the co working girls and torture them going behind them where ever they go during office hours itself. Because our girls are working at night shifts, and they dont have a proper place for them to relax, these guys take terrible advantage at somehow make the girl fall in their love net. Which results in family problems. My daughter who was a very quiet and well disciplined girl was dragged into this kind of torture and culture and is totally out of her mind without knowing what she is doing. My family is undergoing mental strain and torture because of this office irresponsible management. When inquired, i came to know that this office is very famous for this kind of activities and most of the girls parents have this kind of problems but still keep quiet because our daughters life is involved. I kindly request through this the management has to do something seriously to stop this. My suggestion is. Watch closely the activities of the guys staff and BAN USAGE OF MOBILE PHONES WHILE WORKING HOURS. Particularly at night shift time only all this things are happening. Please bring an end to this and allow of our daughters to work freely so that our normal families like ours can survive peacefully.
