This guy named David Walker from a law firm called and told me that i had to pay the money because i had refused to pay so that's y i am dealing with him. He offered me a settlement offer. Now i did get a pay day loan but not from this company. So he tells me to pay the money to a person per Western Union and her name is Bridgett Evans. I called Advance Pay Day Loan and the rep told me that all money is done through a checking account and not Western Union at all. And the company is where Bridgett Evans is in Largo, FL. So i gave him my.info. But not the o e he should have had if he actually had my info. And i would have gotten a letter from said company i believe at first and not just strait to a law firm. So he tells me that once the money is paid i'd get confirmation that its paid. And also when i called the rep from Advance Pay Day Loan and he stated that i should have got some type of paperwork and confirmation and i got neither. So just be weary when y get a loan make sure u actually get the money from that company and not get hassled by the ones that u didn't get money from. The rep also told me it was a scam and if they say something about lawyers and police they are lying
