This company was kind enough to issue me a no annual fee corporate credit card. They were also kind enough to assess me an annual fee on my first statement. After that they never sent me a statement and have been assessing monthly late fees at $39.00 a pop.
When contacted on several occasions, I spoke to several different supervisors and got was able to determine that no one at this company knows why I am being assessed late fees, and that my statements are going out (according to their computer) and not being returned. I am however still being assessed a monthly late fee! Rather than try to fix this problem I am forced to have to call by the first of every month to determine my amount due over the phone, and then mail my payment in to avoid any late fees. Absurd in my opinion but I thought others should know what they are getting into when they try to save a few bucks by going with this company... I hate em... I.E.
