On 28th August l made a Payment of £1.00
postage and packing as agreed. For the Electronic
Toothbush.
On 11th September my account was charged
£45.00. L notified my bank who credit my acoount again. The £45.00.
On the 11th October my account was charged again £45.00 again my bank credited my account again.
Note l have no direct contact from payPoint
to this day.
On the 10th November l had a letter from my bank
with a copy of a very poor copy of a agreement
22 pages and notified me they would be charging my account again on 9th november
my account now been charged again.
L have rang pointPay and cancelled that agreement they promised to E-Mail me to comfirm l had cancelled. Which they have not done todate. That was on the 11th november
l hasve notified Trading Standards
