On 10/06 I purchased a money gram money order for $430 (money order num R204233941989) which was for my October car payment. I mailed the payment via United Postal Service. Some time in November I received my November car invoice and was shocked to see my October payment was not received. I contacted Nissan Motor to confirm and was notified That my October pyt was not received. I contacted Money Gram and paid $23 to have copy of money order sent to me. Once I received money order I was shocked to see Saul Munoz as the payee, and I made the money order out to Nissan Motor. I submitted a Affidavit stating I never gave or filled money order out to Saul Munoz. I sent a copy of the original receipt showing my ATM card purchased this money order, the money order stub Tht you detach from the money order, November car invoice showing October payment was never received. A police report and a letter explaining the situation. I received a letter from Bank of America which is the bank who cashed my stolen car note money order for $430 stating my claim was denied. I contact Phyllis (Fraud Analyst wit Bank of America) several times left voice messages and she never return my calls. I purchased the money order for my October car payment. I did not give it Saul Munoz and I don't know him eithe
