I cancelled my AOL account by phone in September. No billing attempt was made in October however, on November 7, AOL attempted to bill my account $45.90 which caused me to be assessed a $30.00 NSF. I put money in to cover it and I file a disupte with my bank. However, last night, November 15, my bank paid the AOL $45.90 and I have had to redispute it AGAIN. I am out $75.90 in the past 10 days and have to wait an additional 10 business days to get the money re-credited to my bank account.
When an account is cancelled, the account is cancelled.
