United Part Supply sent me the wrong part. I was told to send it back for a refund. There was to be no refund but insisted on giving me a store credit, which I didn't want. I wanted a refund — after all it was their error. Customer service gave me the run-around. Finally found on their web site where to send the president of the company an email. After 2 emails explaining my plight, I finally received a credit on my credit card. I have spent 2 1/2 months trying to get my money back for United Part Supply's error! I am still trying to get the return shipping fees refunded. Please beware of this unscrupulous company!
