I had originally signed up for a $5 plan. I later received a call for an upgrade and refused. I then saw a charge for $90 dollars in May I called them to request them to reverse that charge and stop charging my account. They stopped charging but never credited my account the 90 dollars for May.in September, October and November I was charged $90 each month.
I called and spoke with Francisco and he said the I agreed over the telephone. I informed I never agreed and I requested for them to provide me a copy of the recording.
So far they have not provided me a copy of the recorder. I know they will not provide me a copy because I never agreed.
