I signed up for a free two day trial member ship on November 17. I called and cancelled my member ship on November 19. I was assured that there no charges to my account. On November 20 a charge of 39.95 was posted to my bank account. That is the whole story. I do not understand why two hundred words are needed to explain this situation. Perhaps you could enlighten me.
