After speaking with their rep I paid a $199.00 "membership fee" with hopes of find a home on a rent to own basis. It wasn't until I had did all the 'heavy lifting" of mailing out letters that this method is flawed. I was under the impression that American Standard Online had already established a rapport with the homeowners on their list, no such thing. Their generic letter I mailed out to the homeowners were probably received as junk mail or predatory. No denial letters were ever received. Once I waited the required 3 months for a refund I was told that I would not receive a refund because I did not include 5 denial letters from the homeowners. A "Catch 22" now exist". After a couple of calls to the office, nothing. They laughed and hung up. Its a SCAM.
