This company poses as a company that will assist people in finding foreclosed homes at the remaining price owed to be financed. They also state that they will allow a rent to own or lease to own option on the properties. They have you to download letters and send them to the property of your choice which appears on their listing for foreclosures or ban seizures. I have mailed out over 20 letters and some were returned as return to sender property vacant, or I got no response back at all. On one particular occassion I sent a letter to a home and received an email back from someone who actually works at the same government agency I work for. She informed me that this was a scam and that her home was not up for foresclosure and even told me she was not aware her home was appearing on a listing for foresclosure but it was not the case.
Since all this occurred I called them several times to request my enrollment/membership fee back as this company does not appear to be real. They initally told me I can get a refund for my $199.00 after 90 days and no progress however now that's its been over 90 days and I have requested my money back they are giving me the run arounds in obtaining it back. They told me I had to send them 5 denial letters on why I was unable to lease or finance the property of interest and when I explained I have no letters of denial because no one contacted me back and the one person who did send it via email they told me "oh-well" unless I have the 5 letters of denial and send my request to them certified mail with the denial letters I will not get refund.
It's clear at this time this agency has not assited me in seeking a home nor are they making any attempts to refund my money as they originally promised. They are clearly a SCAM and I want them exposed and my money back.
