Ordered trial on 26 Oct received confirmation on 30 Oct received product on 3 Nov. Was supposed to have 14 day trial period. I ordered menthol and received regular flavor. After just 7 days my credit card account was charged $119.95. There whole process is a scam and the e-cigs product is junk. Called customer service and they don't want to even work with you except giving a RMA and charging you a restocking fee and you pay return postage plus confirmation delivery fees. Customer service people unwilling to work with you. This is a scam and considering taking them to small claims court as an internet scam.
