My total order was to be $39.93
I received, two weeks later, 10 E-Cigs Cartridges No cost shown, however, when I received my Visa bill after 9/30 I discovered I had been billed for $99,99. I called their help line and was informed they had sent another 10 E-cigs for $83.98. I asked for a RMA Code whereby I could return the two orders and was informed by Joseph that only the last billed could be returned and they would only refund half of that amount. I cancelled any further shipments. This is no doubt a Sham and I would like to recover any charges beyond my original order of $39.93
