I brought my shirt to the cleaners to be dry cleaned. I went to pick the shirt up and there were stains on it. They stated they would dry clean it again. I went a few days later to pick it up the stains were still there. I was told to speak to the owner the next day between 7am-1pm. I went to pick up the shirt during the hours the owner was there. I showed him the stains which looks like they burned it on the shoulder and back of the shirt. I asked the owner about reimbursing me for the shirt. He didn't want to. He stated he would dry clean it again. I went back two days later and the shirt still looked the same. He stated he wouldn't reimburse me. His son was trying to talk to him. His son stated he would call me after talking to him. I paid $40 for the shirt. I was willing to accept $25 for it. There is a sign in the cleaners stating if we ruin your garments we will reimburse you 50% it worth.
