I ordered the trail kit for e-cigs. The starter kit was 9.99. I received the product and did not like the taste or feel of this e-cig. I called to cancel the 1st time a week after I ordered it the customer service rep told me I could not cancel before my trail period was over. I agreed and called back after my trail period and to my surprise the next customer service rep told me a shipment for 99.99 was shipped earlier that day. She also would not let me cancel that day. I eventually got her to cancel my account. E-cigs brand is suppose to refund about 80 in 5-10 days. The customer service reps were extremely rude and was more of an annoyance than help to me. Scam!
