UPS needs improvement of services - UPS

1. Lack of communication with customers: When I received first call from UPS operator (Melbourne, Australia), only was told they failed to deliver a parcel to me for three times. The track record said the driver failed to access the building. My request to let the driver or the operator call me when the next delivery encountered problem was flatly rejected. What happened next was that I waited helplessly whole day in my home while the driver never show up. Probably the driver went to the wrong building (I had answered intercom numerous times, just to tell delivery men they got the wrong building).
2. Lack of ethical standard: the following conversation to re-arrange the next delivery was developed to an ugly quarrel. When I insisted on finding out what was wrong in the last delivery, the operator lost his patience, and I was asked "what you want your parcel being delivered?" in the heat of argument.

3. Lack of proper feedback channel: I tried to give feedback to UPS customer service centre (131877 in Australia), only to find that the lady on the line was totally not interested.
