Just wanted to let you know that I had great customer service by a young gentleman named Kyle badge#47459 on Oct. 6th. The web-site for Fairfield Inn gave me some problems so I decided to call Orbitz for help. Kyle had some problems as well but he was very curteous and patient and got the rooms booked for me. Hats off to Kyle and his great customer service!
