On 10-07-12 i received a nuwave pro ovens{two}my wife didn't like them so wanted to return same. I attempted several times to call them, but only got sales info. Commercial.& then after serval min. A hang up. I sent two emails to the company requesting info on return procedures. Got no answer. I think the overcharge for shipping & that is a poorly run bussines. The product is good but the follow up is the worst i have ever encounter. I would never purchase a thing from them again.
