Michigan Unemployment no contact

I have been trying for 4 days now to get throuhg to michigan unemployment by phone and email their message center say email for faster service three emails later for three days no answer. Do they not have enough people to answer phones or do they just have their phones to automatly cut you off I would gladly wait on the phone for someone I would at least talk with someone but to cut me off before 1 second each time I call which has been 72 times so far piss's me off. How are people to make it if they are without checks and can fix the problem.
