I purchased the PIC set from the TV inforercial and so far I am happy with the product except for the grill which cost $29.89 plus shipping...$69.00.. I called this morning to tell it does not work. I can leave it centered on the cooktop and have oil run all over the cooktop itself or move it to one side an loose the connection between the grill and Cooktop and only have a small part of the grill heat up... So I was told " what do you want me to do about this issue, its the way it is patented and sold. So it would not do any good to replace it. I have 90 days to return it for the $ 29.85 refund".. The shipping is more than that. So its a lose lose situation. Something should be done about this FALSE ADVERTISING. I am very unhappy about this and will tell everyone NUWAVE is a rip off company
