On September 24, I purchased by telephone a NuWave Precision Induction Cooktop, which carried a 90-day satisfaction guarantee. I decided to return this product for a refund, and followed the company's instructions to contact them for approval to return the cooktop. All efforts to contact this company either by phone or e-mail have failed. The company will not answer the numerous e-mails I have sent, and all phone calls are sent to a recording and then disconnected. This company has many infomercials, and should be held accountable for what they advertise.
