Daughter purchased an adapter for her laptop, went out to the car to see if it would work, it didn't, the wind blew the receipt out of her bag. She went right back into the store to return it, told them what had happened to the receipt. They only offered a gift card, even though she was right there, and it all just happened. I told her to go out the fence line and find the receipt, she did, found it on the fence. I called the store manager and they told me that all custmoer service would have had to have done was to call her the manager, and they would have printed off another receipt! Why didn't the ladies back at customer service know this policy?
