Best buy changed their return policy and is now only 14 days with receipt. I bought a Rocketfish universal laptop charger that was not so universal and did not fit my laptop. I had every intention to return it within 30-60 days like the average return policy is with receipt but little did I know they only give customers 15 short days. I complained to a manager and they will not allow an exchange or store credit. I called the 1-888- bestbuy and customer service laughed at me. I will buy all of my electronic needs online through newegg.com or amazon before I get stuck with a $60 useless item. Thanks best buy
