I have been trying for a while to get help with my email issue. We joinied Verizon in March of this year and I have noticed that my emails delete themselves. We trried the troublshooting page and followed direction and still it happens. I then got in touch with the live chat person, and he said someone is hacking into my emails and deleting them, and if I changed my password, he guaranteed that it would not happen again. Though I knew no one was hacking into my emails to delete them, I listened and did what was requested. Well, they are still deleting on their own, and I cannot get an answer from Verizon, I have sent two emails, this is my third. Cant' someone help me out?
