I visted your walmart on forest drive columbia sc sat Dec 20th. I purchased an riding quad for my 3 year old son and it was to small so I had to return it. The price of this item was 57.00 plus tax. Well, I did not have the receipt when I told the lady at customer service and all I wanted to do was purchase a bigger one. I also made it known that my original receipt was at home and that I could bring it back. Well, my husband and I purchased a bigger riding toy for our son and paid 187.00 plus tax. We were not given another receipt b/c the clerk said we didnt bring our receipt in. Well, my problem is what would happen if the item that we just purchased have a problem. Well, that is exactly what happened when we took the item home and my husband put it together it was missing a part. We took it back to the walmart on forest drive and the manager told my husband that they had no more and that b/c we had no receipt all we could get is a gift card or find it at another walmart. I am really upset b/c christmas is in 2 days and my husband riding around looking for another ride on toy. I visit your web site often and there is no where online that says you cant get your money back... If you dont have the item how do you expect for the customer to purchase it from another store using your GIFT CARD??? I regret to say that this will be the last time that my family shop at any of your walmart stores.
