Never called back. Impossible to get on the phone. When I finally got through, they kept making excuses and didn't refund my money. Their website was still up and they were still taking orders. What recourse do I have? I still have some of the emails from them.

Pd. For order & never got it. Would get email saying they backordered. Last said the raw material was in & they will ship the photo pages.
Resolution Sought
Heard they claimed bankruptcy. How do I file to try to get my money back? I had charged it and was told that it was too late to collect.
