In the absence of any response from the company this complaint despite our two requests to them, we are closing our file on this complaint.

I was telephone solicted 12/11/09 by devon, manager assuring me that product i have been using has been changed & enhanced, offered me some specials before it hit the home depot store at more than double the price. I accepted, he transferred me to the order confirm dept. I determined i did not have enough credit available on my card so they held the order until i made a payment. 12/16 they charged my account and told me my order would be here in a week. When it had not arrived by the 24th i called them; asked them to give me shipping info so i could track it. I was told the order had not shipped yet. So i asked to hold until after x-mas since i would be out of town. Called twice first week in jan have only received part of my shipment. Since then i have been told 5 different times by devon, manager, francine and another cust service person my order has been shipped. At 3pm today i called again. Francine acted like she knew who i was because she recognized my voice; let's give caller id credit. She told me she was walking out the door but promised me she personally would handle this matter monday morn and call me back. I challenged that as she told more than a week ago the order was already shipped, she would have devon call me and confirm that personally; i got no product; no call. I understand large / excessive orders and shipping backup if that is what is happening. But each time they say it is shipped. They have been paid for more than 2 months and i don't have product.

Resolution Sought

Explain why I am being lied to. No more fast talking, promises and patting themselves each time on the back for handling it personally. For the time spent (at least 8 phone teles) trying to obtain my complete order and the frustration of being mislead would like this portion of the order be doubled (without further charge to me) AND TRULY ship my product. Thank you for using the Better Business Bureau. All of the first 3 complaints pretty much list exactly what my experience has been. I too after using FBK product for years got the explaination of better product and they went on to say that after January 1 they could no longer sell direct as the product was going intro Home Depot stores at double the price. I bit and purchased septic, drain and washer drain cleaner = $536.90; which off course they promptly charged to card. I am pursuing that as I have learned that credit card company my follow up on this!!! Stay tuned!

Still have not received all product they owe me, nor a refund! I have reported to Florida BBB who I recently heard back from that Septic Magic will not respond to them either and all they can do is take my addition comments which will be available to general public for 3 years. I am waiting to hear more from them as well.

Since I received calls from FBK 3 times this month trying to sell to me I know they are still at it!

If there is a way to ban together on this I am willing!!!
