Ripoff Rebate never come have to have the received of $0.37 letter when you mail rebates to them

On Oct 02 I bought stuff from Fry, s Electronic for free after rebate:

-Nuby Arcade Stick for Xbox: $34.99
Untill now I hasn't received the rebate from the NUBY

Technologies llc

-First I contract Fry, s to help but they No response

-second I call them, They say I have to send them the received of $0.37 letter when I send the rebates.

-Thrid I go to BBB to complaind - " Although we have tried to obtain a response to your complaint from the company in the hope of reaching a mutually acceptable resolution, they have ignored our requests. We are, therefore, closing our file.

Your unanswered complaint will become part of the information we report to the public on this company for the next three years. Also, should any government agency request our files on this company, your complaint will be included.
