We have spent countless hours installing and trying to get the MyDigitalDispatch software to work. Their "help" and "support" cycle is as follows: Email them, wait for a day or two, receive a silly question in response to your inquiry, email back answer, wait 1 or 2 more days, receive mostly unhelpful response, rinse and repeat.
We eventually gave up and requested our full money back, as promised and guaranteed by them. We requested a refund multiple times well within the 60 day trial (money back guarantee) period. Here is the copy from their website: "But, if you arent 100% satisfied with everything that you get from MyDigitalDispatch then you have a FULL 60 days to let me know and allow me to refund every last dime of your money."
Needless to say, we did not receive any money back. We did receive an offer to put the money towards another useless product of theirs... An information product no less!
We contacted the Better Business Bureau (BBB). Complaint ID: 98614496 The BBB was unable to get any response from them. BBB: "This unanswered complaint will become part of the information we report to the public on this company for the next three years. Should any government agency request our files on this company, your complaint will also be included."
To date we have not received any further information or our money back. What a sad waste of time and resources.
