Incorrect billing

I ordered DirectTV after dish cancelled my AMC channel. I was told to do my rebates before it was installed so I did. When I got my first bill I did not have any of my rebates credited. So I called and was told how much i was to pay so i did and I would see the credit on my next month bill. That did not happen when I got the next bill is 113 dollars and so I call again and they assured me that it was taken care of and when they took my payment out of my account instead of 58 dollars they took the 113. So now that my bank account is lower than it was supposed to be I called and alll they could say is they were sorry and I would see a credit on the next bill. I don't trust them one bit and if it is wrong on the next bill I will be cancelling my servise and going with another service. This will be there last chance.
