Signed up for service with monthly price quote of $51.99, first bill was $67.00, second bill was $69.00. I also asked to be sent a statement for my bill every month for which I pay with a personal check. When I went on line to review my billing statement they had added my checking account routing and account number to their system which they had taken from the check I sent for payment. They refuse to remove it from their file. DirecTV is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with, and Dish comes in a close second.
