My sister (who is 75 years old) placed an order for the nuwave cooktop. Supposedly she was to receive the cooktop and a set of cookware to use on the cooktop. A week ago she received a cooktop but she has yet to receive the cookware. She is very upset with the way your company does business and now I am too. I have tried to call the telephone number that is given on the invoice and cannot speak to a person. I stay on hold forever and then am told the call volumn is high so leave a message on the website or call back later. Then you are cut off. Well, here is my message and I would sincerely like for someone to call me back or send me a number that I can call so we can get this resolved.
