We purchased NuWave cooktop with Free Cookware but exhorbitent shipping fees. They promise return shipping is free, and a full refund if returned in 90 days. They also promise a free second set of cookware that you do not receive. The cooktops do not work with your own regular cookware, you have to use theirs! On ordering my husband was told it would be shipped out in 7-10 days. We cancelled the order because of what was read online and they said it was cancelled but shipped it anyway in 24 hours. Called Fed Ex and stated we would refuse the shipment, which they said thy cancelled, but they delivered it anyway when we were not home. Told we could return the cooktop and the free cooktop, and keep the cookware for FREE.
They will only refund $99 and the rest was non refundable shipping and handling. Then we would hve to pay for return postage so probably get back $60 out of $239.84... Free cookware worth $50 for $179.84!! Highway robbery! They should be ashamed!
