We purchased the Nuwave induction cooktops with your promotion buy one set and get the other set for just shipping and handling...
Which means we get one set for $99.00 plus shipping and handling... The second set is free but we must pay shipping and handling for that set.
We have been charged shipping and handling for each item individually... in the first box we received 2 cooktops and only one set of cookware... (again all in one box.) So I paid 29.95. S/h for one cooktop, $29.95 for second cooktop and $69.95 s/h for the pots. Again all in one box. So I paid s/h in the amount of $129.95 and was told in order to get the cookware for the second cooktop I had to pay additional shipping and handling in the amount of $69.95.
Now your info commercial states... We are to pay s/h for each SET not individual items.
I have talked to 3 Reps and 2 Supervisors and no one seems to care...
Personally feel with all complaints filed we should all get together and file class action suit against Nuwave and parent company... Enough is enough with no one from the company responding to consumer.
