Same experience as other posts - ordered Nuwave PIC from TV offer: "buy one, get cookware set free, AND get second PIC cooktop with second set of cookware FREE with additional S&H"

Received ONE PIC cooktop only everything else on backorder as stated on invoice—

Placed order on May 1, and have been debited for payments—

Now it's July 27, and still NO cookware, NO 2nd PIC, and NO 2nd set of cookware

Hearthware only receives phone calls on Mondays, and doesn't answer emails.

Help!!!
